Job Description:

Automation area in China is looking for senior SCADA & PLC or other DCS automation engineers with computer validation experience. The department is engaged in automation solutions, manufacturing IT solution for production in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries, work with design, consultancy, development, implementation, and related computer validation. Your principal workplace will be in the Tianjin office. You will work with projects globally. Company is one of the world’s largest automation providers with some 300 highly skilled automation engineers worldwide. The position will have reference to the Danish automation organisation. Your job Your primary tasks will be design, develop and maintain automation solutions inside SCADA & PLC or other DCS automation system. We are working with systems from Siemens, Rockwell and GE-Fanuc (Siemens S7/Wincc, AB PLC-5/SLC500/ControlLogix, GE-Fanuc iFix or other systems) You will specify, document, develop, validate and maintain automation systems. The solutions are typically applied to process areas such as: Preparation, Filling, Inspection, Packaging, Autoclaves, Freeze Drying and various utility plants including CIP/SIP, Clean Utility, and Ethanol distribution and recovery, or API field. You will be handling tasks pertaining to specifications, design, implementation, test and validation in accordance with current regulatory requirements. You will be working in an active and exciting department with approx. 20 employed engineers. We work for a number of international clients both in China and with Off-shoring for the other subsidiaries at the moment most Denmark and USA. Assignments will take place both in China and internationally and you must expect work-related travelling. In addition, there may be opportunities of working over sea.

Job Requirements：

Qualification: -Engineering, automation, or similar degree. -You have experience of automation projects or production environments. Using systems from Siemens, Rockwell, GE-Fanuc or similar systems (Siemens S7/Wincc, AB PLC-5/SLC500, GE-Fanuc iFix or similar systems) -Knowledge of GAMP5 and related computer system validation is necessary. -Skill within one or more of VBA, SQL, OPC is preferable. -It is an advantage if you have a good understanding of industry standards such as S88, S95. -Knowledge of regulatory requirements in connection with pharmaceutical production is a plus. -Proficiency in spoken and written English.
